Any Ghost Hunting Advice or things to Try?

My best friend might be staying with me on the 18th and there has been and creepy, angry, terrifing ghost messing with my head adn my physical body. He has been pushing me against the wall on my way down the stairs and he hounted one of my dreams. What can we do to get his attention and maybe catch something on tape? I'm not using a ouiji bord.Any Ghost Hunting Advice or things to Try?
Spirits normally do not act this way as 98% of the time they do not have the power to maneuver solid objects. That remaining 2% of the time, they are simply trying their best to get your attention but you are refusing to listen.





Abandon your fear as they will not harm you. It seems to me that you are capable of communicating with them but out of your fear you are not willing to do so. Nor are you willing to learn to do it. The down the stairs push could be the way your mind is excusing your own awkwardness or clumsiness. These spirits would not waste their time with dreams if they can move solid matter.





Either you are making this all up because you don't have the knowledge or you have really upset a spirit.

If a ghost is pushing you on the stairs, you have his attention already. Do not mess with apparitions that are trying to harm you. Sprinkle sage or holy water around your bed to protect you. Have your home blessed by a holy person. If it continues to bother you, maybe he is trying to tell you something. Look for old graves that have been disturbed or desecrated and ask people in the community if anything happened there to find out whose spirit it might be. It might be lingering among the living for a reason. Try to gently encourage the spirit to pass on to the other side where it can be at peace.
WHAT! NO NO! if you try to provoke the spirit more it will become stronger. you might not be scared but i believe this IS a negative spirit or maybe an ententie .





DONT DO NOTHING LEAVE IT ALONE!





GET HELP FROM A PERSON THAT IS EXPERIENCE WITH THESE THINGS!
hang small weights on the end of strings from the ceiling in different


places.set up a recorder( motion censor activated) if possible.


review the tape daily


the movie Paranormal Activity may give you more ideas
evp work,recording with an mp3, use a digital camera and take pictures,


and good luck
kick it in the balls





then get a gun and shoot out its ghostly kneecaps so it spends eternity in a wheelchair


then date its sister
