How many people will be murdered by wild animals? How many car accidents will be caused by deer, and other animals running into the streets? If we don't control animal population, it will be devistating! First off, who has EVER spoken of making hunting illegal?





Second, people already ARE ';murdered'; by wild animals - it's just a rare happening. For that matter, it happens because people either wander too far into ';wild'; territory or because animals are running out of game to hunt for themselves. Nature will balance itself and you can still hunt.





Third - have you EVER driven down ANY road, anywhere, EVER? Wild animals are hit all the time. Yesterday, while going to the gym, I saw a raccoon that had been run over. Today, while walking my dog, there was a possum. Sometimes - just sometimes! - I even see a dead deer on the side of the highway.





Quite personally, I'm MUCH more afraid of your brand of ignorance and far-reaching conspiracy theory than I am of the lie you're trying to spread.

Edit: While we're on the subject, I have no problem with hunting if you actually intend to eat your target. If you're going to kill it just for the sake of having a head mounted on your wall, then you're just sick.
It has nothing to do with science and everything to do with gun laws and control.

New Jersey has been protecting undevelopable wetlands for years now, and even to this day, have been spending millions to preserve land that even in the good times, was unappealing to developers.





They're just tax dollars though, right?
The animals will be permitted to have attorneys - so I guess you can sue them if they cause an accident or unprovoked attack. You'd probably have to take the judgement ';out of their hide';.

There are a goodly number of very good and very thoughtful people who don't think hunting is a good idea. There are also quite a few folks who disagree with them. However, being a jerk like you are with this question, all you do is piss people off and you don't resolve a god damn thing.
Ty, I can tell you have never lived in Pennsylvania or upstate NY during the spring if you don't think deers running into cars on highways is not a serious danger. The thinning of a herd during hunting season is absolutely crucial in some places in America.





As for the libs wanting to take a way our guns and outlaw hunting, all I can say is we all know if they had a way that they thought they could accomplish it they'd do it in a heart beat. Fortunately the tradition (not to mention that pesky 2nd amendment...lol) of gun ownership and hunting is too well ingrained in much of American society to ever be taken away...that saying about you can have my gun when you pry it from my cold dead fingers comes to mind.
They must disarm us before they can put us at their mercy.





The insurgency in Iraq and Afghanistan are proving once again that an armed and determined population, with the home turf advantage, can effectively resist a modern military force, and at times even threaten it.





Obama has continued these wars to see for himself if it's true. It is.

If this is true, what I don't get is why is hunting for food being targeted and farm produced meat is not. Are pigs and cows and chickens going to be protected from being eaten? I wonder how they go about choosing which ones live and which ones it's ok to slaughter.
